Our Restaurant
Owings Mills has always been a place of cultivation and progress. Once an independent mill town rooted in the stewardship of the land, it has grown into a vibrant crossroads at the heart of Baltimore County, shaped by those who worked it, settled it, and carried it forward. The Tillery was born from that same spirit.
We honor where we come from while keeping our eyes firmly on what’s ahead. Our cooking is grounded in craft and intention, scratch-made, thoughtful, and guided by a deep respect for every ingredient that enters our kitchen. The food tells the story of some of the people who helped shape this region, meeting at the intersection of Southern comfort and Jewish heritage and celebrating the abundance of the Chesapeake watershed.
Seasonality is our compass. We cook with what the Maryland landscape offers at its peak, letting the land lead us.
